RSS’ annual nationwide training camp “Tritiya Varsha - 2015” was concluded on Thursday 4th June at Reshimbagh grounds in Nagpur. The closing ceremony of the training camp, which began on 11th May 2015 and in which a total of 876 select Swayamsevaks across the country participated enthusiastically, was held on Thursaday at Reshimbagh grounds in a very energetic and pleasant ambience. Padmavibhushan Dr. Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Dharmasthala temple in Karnataka, presided over the ceremony while Pujaniya Sarsanghachalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat delivered the principal speech on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Veerendra Heggade said that he has been associated with RSS since many decades. He is experiencing lot of positive changes in the society today. The discrimination in the society is diminishing and RSS has played a major role in this change. Whenever a need arose, RSS has always been in forefront to render services selflessly and we have recently witnessed the same during the earthquake tragedy of Nepal. He also said he was very much pleased with and impressed by the discipline in the Varg.
Addressing both the Swayamsevaks and the large audience, Pujaniya Sarsanghachalak Dr. Mohan Bhawagat said that Bharat is emerging as one of the powerful nations today and moreover the world acknowledges and accepts Bharat as the most trustworthy nation in the world. Continuing his speech, he further said “we are experiencing a positive change in India today. Our ranking in the world is constantly going up. In last 1500-2000 years, lot many aberrations have happened in our society and we need to overcome them to create a vibrant nation. Working together is the essence of our work. Brotherhood is our Dharma and Humanity is our culture(Sanskriti). We have always believed that the world is one big family. On 21st June we will be celebrating "Yoga Diwas". It was for the first time that a resolution is passed in United Nations with 3/4th majority. Many countries in the world have supported this motion as they were anticipating India to take lead in this regard. The whole world is looking up to us for our guidance for many more causes and it is time we as a nation stand up and deliver.”
The closing ceremony began with impressive demonstration of Physical Exercises by the Swayamsevaks and included Sanchalan, Ghosh, Yoga, Suryanamaskar and Dand Vyayam Yoga. Varg Karywah, Shri Yeshwantbhai Choudhary (Prant Sah Karywah, Gujrat Prant) introduced the chief guest and also proposed the vote of thanks. Ma. Shri Govindsingh Ji Tank (Varg Sarvadhikari) and CA Rajesh Loya (Nagpur Mahanagar Sanghchalak) were present on the dais.
