Dr Kohli flays govt’s lenient attitude over terrorism
Sarsanghchalak Dr Mohan ji Bhagwat addressing the swayamsewaks. On the dias, Dr Dilip Gupta, Dr. Narendra Kohli, Ram Harkare and Laxmanrao Pardika r.
In the Vijayadashami Utsav celebrated at nagpur, Chief guest of the programme, renowned Hindi Litterateur Dr Narendra Kohli, came down heavily on central government’s lenient attitude over terrorism. For protecting terrorists, those people who have alleged sympathy for ultras, have spread misconceptions regarding Mahatma Gandhi’s philosophy of non-violence, he said.
Dr. Kohli speaking at the function
Who are these people who talk of protecting terrorists? Raising this question, Dr Kohli said that this nation doesn’t belong to these people. These people can never be patriots. Stating that utilizing power for self-defense and protecting the nation is not the violence, he said that Bhagavadgita doesn’t propagate violence. If this was true, Gandhiji would have never advocated Gita. There is no paradox among Shri Krishna and Gandhiji but both are very similar, he proposed.
Who is true representative of nation?
Taking stock of the anti-corruption movement, he said that after a warm response to this agitation, a fruitless discussion has started over the issue that Anna is not the public representative! Insisting firmly that Anna is indeed a public representative, he reminded that when Swami Vivekanand went to Chicago he did not carry any authority to represent. But in retrospect, he has proven to be the correct representative of Bharat for the entire century!
Asserting that Swami Vivekanand had a revelation that Bharatmata is Goddess Jagadamba, he said that selfless service towards the children of Bharatmata is the true worship of Maa Jagadamba. And people working with this attitude are true representatives of nation.
After the arrival of chief guest along with Sarsanghchalak, swayamsevaks presented breath taking demonstrations of dand-yuddh, niyuddh, dand yog and ghosh. The Vijayadashami Utsav was held at many places all ove Bharat as usual.
The Vijayadashami Utsav of Kanpur was addressed by Sarkaryavah Shri. Bhaiyyaji Joshi.
