
RSS Sarkaryavah Dattatrey Hosabole emphasized the significance of a nurturing family environment in shaping well-rounded youths who can contribute to the nation's progress. He shared the example of Jijamata, who, despite facing many challenges, raised her son, Shivaji Maharaj, with strong moral values that helped him grow into a ruler dedicated to serving society. Hosabole highlighted Jijamata's unwavering belief that her son would not serve others, but would become a ruler with a sense of responsibility toward society.
Speaking at the Jijamata Samman Samaroh at Ravindra Bhawan on Sunday, Hosabole also discussed the detrimental effects of modern technology, particularly mobile phones, which he believes have led to an increase in indecisiveness among young people. He stressed the importance of instilling moral values in the younger generation to ensure they can serve the nation effectively.
In his speech, Hosabole acknowledged the significant role of sportspeople and soldiers, regardless of their region, in representing national pride. He praised Kreeda Bharti for organizing the event and underlined the need to recognize those who train and support medal-winning athletes. During the ceremony, the mothers of six distinguished athletes were honored for their contributions to their children's success. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also commended the role of parents, emphasizing that the achievements of players are often a result of the guidance and sacrifices made by their families.
